Two of the top female volleyball players from the Caribbean are active on the 2011 edition of the Puerto Rican Women’s Superior Volleyball League (WSVL).
Both are defensive specialists, play the libero position and represent their respective countries on international contests.
Deborah Seilhamer (Puerto Rico) and Brenda Castillo (Dominican Republic) have been key components for their teams. Seilhamer plays for Mayaguez and Castillo is one of the imports for Caguas.
